Medical Marijuana Authorization for Pain and Other Qualifying Conditions

For patients with chronic pain, Dr. Petersen offers medical marijuana authorizations that can help reduce or eliminate the need for pain medications, as well as potentially prevent the need for other procedures like surgery or steroid injections. Medical marijuana is a treatment that doesn’t come with the same unwanted and difficult side effects of prescription medication. Dr. Petersen can additionally provide education on specific exercises or stretches that can help alleviate pain, or recommendations for other non-invasive treatments like massage and chiropractic care. Medical authorizations are also available for other Washington state qualifying conditions.
